Refund and Cancellation

  • In case cancellation is informed before 24hrs of journey time;25% of the booking amount will be charged and 75% amount will be refunded.
  • In case cancellation is informed less than 24hrs of journey time, then there will be no refund of booking amount i.e 100% cancellation amount will be charged.
  • No show will attract 100% cancellation charges.
  • In case of Refund Conditions, payments will be refunded to the source account which was used to make the booking. Refund will be credited to the customer account as per merchant gateway policy within 7 bank working days after cancellation.
