FOR SHARED CAB AND CHARTER CABS

• Children above 3 years will be charged full fare for the journey in the shared cab.
• Two International standard luggage bags (23 kgs x 2 bags) and One hand bag (7 kgs ) is permitted free of cost per passenger in the shared cab. In case of any extra luggage, kindly inform us at the time of booking. Extra luggage will be charged extra.
• Pickup details will be informed 2 hrs. in advance. Passengers are requested to be ready at the given time.Vehicle shall wait only for five minutes at each pickup point.
• If passengers are not ready at the given pickup time,Passengers will have to come to the last pickup point by their own transport. Unless otherwise the vehicle will leave without the passengers. In such case ticket charges shall not be refunded.
• For journey from Mumbai Airports to Pune / Nashik city,Our attendant shall receive you at the Terminal exit Gate with your name as well as K K Travels written on the placard. Attendant shall guide you to our Cab which shall be waiting in the Parking area.
• In case of any flight arrival / custom delays, your booking will be transferred to our next available cab without any charges.
• CHANGE IN DATE AND TIME WILL BE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
• COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DECIDE ROUTE OF PICKUP AND DROPPING OF CUSTOMERS AS PER ADDRESSES.
• Count your no. of luggage belonging at the time of loading & unloading in the Cab. No complaint will be entertained later.
• Forgotten baggage or left items will have to be collected from K K Travels Office.
• Passengers travel in the Cab at their own risk. Company does not accept any liability or responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, delay or break down caused during the journey.
• Smoking and consumption of liquor in the Cab is Prohibited.
• Passengers are prohibited from carrying any contraband explosives / inflammable articles. Such passengers shall be asked to leave the Cab immediately.
• A/C is complimentary. No charges will be refunded incase of any failure during or after the journey .
• Pune jurisdiction.
